Single-Use Plastic Free Freight

Only available on pallet deliveries, we will add a surcharge to your order to cover the costs of the more sustainable option, either using our reusable return or purchase model. If your order is smaller and not eligible for the Plastic Free Pallet option, be assured we will only use Australian Certified Compostable satchels or where additional cartons are required, we will strive to pack all orders in our Cardboard Cartons manufactured from up to 100% recycled content. We do still use a small amount of plastic tape for some orders, while we continue our search for a more sustainable and durable paper solution.

Our amazing Warehouse Team will pack your pallet using our Reusable Pallet Wrap Kit, including reusable pallet corners, straps and a pallet curtain, eliminating the need for single use plastics. You can choose to purchase the Reusable Pallet Wrap Kit and transform your own storage practices using our unique solution. Alternatively, you can choose to return the kit. We will include a recycled carton so all the components can be easily packed for collection.

Your precious pallet of innovative products will arrive via one of our national transport carriers. If you have chosen to purchase the Reusable Pallet Wrap Kit , simply unpack your pallet and start your more sustainable approach. If you have chosen to return the Reusable Pallet Wrap Kit, simply unpack your pallet and repack the kit into the carton provided.

If you have chosen to return the Reusable Pallet Wrap Kit , simply give our team a call and we will organise a courier to pick up the carton. The Kits need to be returned within 4 weeks of initial delivery.
