Recycling Wall Hub
The Recycling Wall Hub is a modular resource recovery system, which is customised to each location to optimise recovery.
Made in Australia of Commercial Melamine, the units house either 5 or 6 streams, and can be banked together as required.
Whether collecting glasses and x-rays in a clinic, stationary, mobiles and e-waste in an IT company, or educating the community about problematic waste in a council foyer, this striking and effective unit is a clear symbol of an organisation’s commitment to the principles of product stewardship and sustainability.
Resource recovery is often optimised if the material can be collected in a single clean stream, without contamination.
The Recycling Wall Hub achieves this with customisable cabinets, which can be tailored to the specific location and recovery items targeted.
The recyclables are conveniently stored in the hub until collected and recycled, often through specialised programs such as mobile muster and community programs such as bread clips collection for wheelchairs and reading glasses for donations.
The hub is a modular design, available in a medium tower to collect five waste streams or a large tower of six streams. Housing either 60 litre MultiSort Base or 24 litre MURFE collection containers, the hubs are designed to be banked together as required to provide as many collection streams as required.
The hubs are made of commercial melamine, which can be customised to match existing joinery in a location. Each stream includes vinyl labels designed by Source Separation Systems’ inhouse graphic designer which identify the streams. Each cabinet comes with an optimal lock.

If recycling facilities for this type of product are not available through your waste collection contractor, or in your local area, take advantage of Source Separation Systems’ Circular Economy Program. You can return all our products to our warehouse in Newcastle, and we will ensure they will be recycled where possible, or reused.
Our chosen Cabinetry is manufactured using only certified sustainable timber, however as a result of the additives used in the manufacturing process, the material is unable to be recycled into new products. If returned, these timbers are cut down and reused in our warehouse, predominately to assist with packing and freight, limiting our use of new raw materials.
The plastic internal systems are recyclable. If returned these units are granulated, and used in the manufacturing of new products.
